ServSave classes will be offered at Mineral Area College during the fall semester 2009.
Class Schedule:
Course begins on May 4, 2010
Course ends on May 27. 2010
Course meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:00pm until 6:00pm.
Class Location:
Course will meet at the North College Center, Classroom A, Mineral Area College
Cost:
Cost for the ServSafe course is $109.00.
Instructional staff:
The course will be taught by St. Francois County Health Center, Environmental Public Health Specialists.
Textbook:
ServSafe Essentials, 5th edition. SFCHC has textbooks available for student 'check-out' for the duration of the course. Books are also available for purchase from the National Restaurant Asssociation through SFCHC. The cost of the textbook is determined at the time of purchase.
The NRA determines the cost of the textbook and the cost for the textbook may change without notice.
