Cholesterol Screening/Bood Sugar Tests:  Fridays, 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM
 Blood Sugar Testing  -  Cost is $1.00
  Lipids Panel includes [Triglycerides, LDL, HDL, Total Cholesterol]  -  Cost is $20.00

 A fasting period of 12 hours is required prior to cholesterol screening.


Pregnancy Tests: Monday, 8:00 AM - Noon
                            Tuesday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM
 Pregnancy testing - Cost is $10.00  

All pregnancy test are Confidential
                      

Medicaid/Mohealth Net is also accepted
