 Missouri WIC Approved Fruits and Vegetables List (Effective: October 1, 2009 – September 30, 2011) (.pdf)
This pamphlet provides information on how to purchase fresh fruits, frozen fruits, fresh vegetables, and frozen vegetables using WIC checks.
Arabic, Bosnian, Burmese, Chinese, Farsi, French, Hmong, Korean, Romanian, Russian, Somali, Spanish, Ukrainian, Urdu, and Vietnamese.                                 Pumpkins have been added to the "Not Allowed" list of fresh vegetables.

This pamphlet has a listinf of 100% whole wheat/whole grain breads (16 oz), 100% whole wheat/whole grain tortillas (q6 oz), and soft corn tortillas (16 oz) available through the Missouri WIC program.
