Received a diploma from an accredited four-year college or university
Major field of specialization (30 hours) in one of or a combination of
the following fields:
                 Biology               Chemistry          Bacteriology
                 Food Science      Soil Science      Sanitary Science
                 Environmental Health   
        ...or... closely related physical sciences or natural sciences

Applicants may substitute experience in the qualifying areas
                 for stated educational requirements.
